A semi automatic machine designed for the rapid slitting & rewinding of
stretch film from wider & longer jumbo roll into narrower & shorter small
rolls. The layout and operation make it user friendly and ideal for
volume production. A skilled operator is not required.
Machine Specifications:
* Designed with high & low two rewinding speeds to suit master roll quality
* 2.3KW AC motor + inverter high speed rewinding at 600 Mts/min, low speed
rewinding at 450 Mts/min.
* Five web width : 500mm as standard
* Rewinding length 50m - 1000m
* Slitting width 50mm - 500mm
* Rewind roll core 25mm, 51mm & 76mm to be ordered
* Two rewind stations for high production rate
* automatic cycle with Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) control
* Free tension rewinding, No stretching occurs while rewinding
* Guarding and controls C E approved
