A fully automatic machine designed for the repid rewinding of stretch film
from jumbo roll into small rolls. The layout and operation make it user
friendly and ideal for volume production. A skilled operator is not required.
One person can run 2 or 3 units.

Machine Specifications:

* Designed with high & low two rewinding speeds to suit master roll quality
* 4KW AC motor + inverter high speed rewinding at 1000 Mts/min
* Low speed rewinding at 700 Mts/min
* Five web width : 300mm to 500mm as standard
* Master roll maximum diameter 380mm, Core diameter 76mm
* Produced rolls maximum diameter 230mm, Core diameter 51mm & 76mm
* Fully automatic cycle with Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) control
* Free tension rewinding, No stretching occurs while rewinding
* Guarding and controls C E approved
